Whether it’s happening between your parents; your boyfriend or girlfriend; or you think your friend may be experiencing something like this and you want to help. There are different types of violence and abuse that people suffer beyond being hit, pushed or grabbed. Don’t stay silent. You can make a difference to your own situation or a friend’s.
